I hereby authorise you to:

a. liquidate the above ISA(s) and transfer in cash to Arjent

b. transfer the above ISA(s) in specie to Arjent

If in specie transfers are not permitted, I agree to the transfer proceeding in cash.

Please accept this as my authority for you to provide Arjent with any information they may request in relation to this transfer.
