Equity investments can range from Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) and blue chip companies to smaller capitalised companies, encompassing both long and short strategies. Fixed income securities can range from Government bonds to corporate bonds with a variety of risk / credit ratings and maturity dates. We also offer derivative products which, depending on your needs, can be used to hedge existing equity positions, generate an income or speculate on opportunities within the market.
All investment recommendations are based on fundamental and technical analysis, complemented by independent research published by reputable investment houses.
Identifying opportunities in the market is only half the process. The financial markets are dynamic which is why we keep our recommendations under constant review, redefining our strategies accordingly.
Client portfolios undergo a similarly rigorous review and we maintain regular contact with our clients, recommending cutting positions early that are not performing, and allowing profitable positions to flourish until we believe they have become over-valued; always factoring in market sentiment.
We do not maintain a principal trading book, neither do we have proprietary positions in securities. When considering a new opportunity our recommendations are based only on expert objective analysis and are presented to our clients relative to their requirements. Each recommendation compliments the client's existing portfolio ensuring that collectively it continues to meet their investment objectives.
