Intermediaries - Looking after your clients


The approach we take when working with your clients is the same approach we take with new clients who come directly to Arjent. Your Investment Manager will spend time getting to know and understand each individual client before compiling information relating to their investment objectives, attitude to risk and time horizons. Your Investment Manager will advise on which services are most suitable: discretionary or advisory managed services.

Your clients can expect to see the following communication from Arjent:

  • Weekly and monthly market reports, information and industry insight on the stock market and worldwide financial markets
  • Forecasts on different asset classes, stocks and shares
  • Real time access to a personalised online account, to view individual investment portfolio and performance assisting in portfolio management of investment funds.

If your client chooses our Advisory Managed service your Investment Manager will maintain regular contact with you and your client and adjust the portfolio to reflect any change in their circumstances or attitudes. If your client agrees you can have online account access to view their portfolio. Keeping you informed and in control.
