Robert Philip DePalo
Chairman
Robert DePalo (registered as an approved person with FSA, registered with FINRA and participant of MSRB) has over 26 years of experience in the financial markets with extensive experience in nurturing early stage companies through various stages of financing. As an expert in capital formation and emerging growth strategies, he has lead or participated in dozens of private placements and IPO's within various industries including technology, healthcare and financial services. He is based in New York.
Kalyan Ray
Chief Executive
Kalyan Ray (a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales, a Fellow of the Securities and Investments Institute and Registered as an approved person with FSA) has over 36 years of experience working with financial institutions. He has a unique ability to see things from a variety of perspectives having worked in audit firms, banking institutions, a financial regulator, as an independent consultant and in a wide variety of financial service institutions. He was appointed to the Board in March 2009 and while in his role as Chief Executive he has an overarching responsibility for the management of the company, on a day to day basis he is responsible for the company's operational matters including Compliance, Finance and Administration.
Joshua Gladtke
Director - Equities & Fixed Income
Joshua Gladtke (registered as an approved person with FSA and registered with FINRA) began his career at Ladenburg Thalmann, a New York Stock Exchange member firm. While at Ladenburg, he worked directly under one of the largest portfolio managers who spearheaded the firms' expansion into Europe. Since 2001 he has overseen the growth of the Equities & Fixed Income department at Arjent and now covers some of the largest clients in Europe. In his current capacity, Mr. Gladtke is responsible for overseeing the day to day activities of the Equities & Fixed Income department, including portfolio construction, client relationships and risk management.
Gregg Lerman
Director - Alternative Markets
Gregg Lerman (registered as an approved person with FSA, registered with FINRA) brings 15 years experience in capital markets, with an expertise in the management of boutique investment houses and their various products. He was appointed to the Board in March 2009 and is responsible for the Alternative Investments department and the Private Placements department on a day to day basis. Whilst based in New York, which helps him to liaise with larger shareholders and important service providers, Mr. Lerman continually visits and is actively engaged at Arjent's London office.
